We empower individuals as well as institutions by offering fire protection coverings. Standard products or custom engineered solutions that can be adapted and combined with conventional fire protection measures, to safeguard; shielding communities allowing coexistence with wildfires.

We are motivated by the evolving state of wildfires globally. Concepts developed from our experiences in small community living at the Wildland-Urban Interface, working in forestry, engineering and careers in technology industries have led us to this. We recognize the importance and magnitude of the effects our protection systems will have. It is time to improve on conventional means.

Richard Gage, Chief Executive Officer

Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng - APEGBC)

Senior management experience with a clear understanding of complex risk management supporting large programs where high complexity planning, execution, and process are required to deliver success.

Before his professional career Richard spent many years working in resource based industries inclusive of seven years tree-planting in BC and Alberta forests.  Richard is an avid outdoors enthusiast and spends every free moment exploring the great wilderness offered by our Province British Columbia.

Ryan Chalifoux, Chief Operating Officer

Mechanical Engineering Technologist, Bachelor Degree of Technology (B. Tech.)

Management experience as a contractor and fabrication specialist in Industrial, Marine and Institutional construction and maintenance, including high-temperature insulation systems and structural fire protection.

Before his professional career Ryan spent years working in the forestry industry tree-thinning, brush sawing and tree-planting in Ontario, Alberta and BC forests.  Ryan lives for outdoor mountain sports, camping, enjoys traveling and time in our woodlands.
